With a successful senior government  career behind her, Sheralee Ronan moved from Australia to the United States in 1998 to establish a consultancy business. 

Bringing with her a portfolio of proven experience and skills, Sheralee has been able to apply these skills to her new consultancy career in the retail industry.  Using her effective communication and negotiaton skills has been able to liaise with all levels of store personnel, managers and merchandising company owners .

She is the recipient of numerous scholasitc awards and has career references that highlight her ability to provide support and guidance to her peers. 

Meticulous in her approach, Sheralee has an eye for detail and firmly believes in making sure the client's needs are fulfilled.  Pride in your work, dedication and reliability are attributes that Sheralee values highly.  Working with Sheralee you are exposed to her leadership qualities, her friendly disposition, honesty, patience and all round good humor. As a result of her hard work and commitment within the retail industry, Sheralee has built a solid stable of merchandising clients.

Sheralee recently was invited to join the Board of Educators at Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI). and is a current member of the National Shop Fixtures and Manufacturers Association.  She also is the Manager and Student Services Advisor for the National Association of Merchandisers and Mystery Shoppers. (NCPMS). Her current studies include certified Tax Agent, specializing in Indepentant Contractor and Small Business.
